- Working place: No. 1 Huynh Tan Phat, Sai Dong B Industrial Park, Long Bien District, Hanoi
- Working time: 8:30 – 17:30 every Monday to Saturday, off Sunday and two Saturdays / month
- Wage agreement
- Reception at the reception hall.
- Listen, move the phone to where to meet.
- Receipt and delivery of correspondence, signing.
- In charge of liaising and making payment procedures for postal service providers.
- Manage and arrange meeting rooms, rooms of the Chairman of the Board of Directors
- In charge of organizing lunch arrangements of the Group’s leaders and guests (if any)
- Organize the logistics of business trips of the Group’s leaders
- Support for other administrative jobs.
- Gender: Female. Age under 25.
- Good-looking appearance, height from 1m58 and above.
- Candidate graduated from College / University.
- Be proficient in office computer.
- Elegant manners, standard Vietnamese voice.
- Knowing English is an advantage
