Job description:

  • Reception at the reception hall.
  • Listen, move the phone to where to meet.
  • Receipt and delivery of correspondence, signing.
  • In charge of liaising and making payment procedures for postal service providers.
  • Manage and arrange meeting rooms, rooms of the Chairman of the Board of Directors
  • In charge of organizing lunch arrangements of the Group’s leaders and guests (if any)
  • Organize the logistics of business trips of the Group’s leaders
  • Support for other administrative jobs.


  • Gender: Female. Age under 25.
  • Good-looking appearance, height from 1m58 and above.
  • Candidate graduated from College / University.
  • Be proficient in office computer.
  • Elegant manners, standard Vietnamese voice.
  • Knowing English is an advantage
