RECRUITMENT: STAFF OF SERVICE

  • Working position: Trade and Port Operation Department
  • Working place: No. 1 Huynh Tan Phat, Sai Dong B Industrial Park, Long Bien District, Hanoi
  • Working time: 8:30 – 17:30 every Monday to Saturday, off Sunday and two Saturdays / month
  • Wage agreement

Job description: In charge of freight forwarding services for the destination port and cargo handling services

  • For destination port cargo delivery service:
    – Receive information about goods and vehicles from the carrier or customer, compare the arrival time to the Port from the information of the Gate Control. Confirm the time, status and information about the above goods and vehicles on the Port Management Software System (BOA).
    – Receive documents and detect orders to hand over children to businesses to carry out import procedures.
    – Make statistics table and report day, week, month.
    – Perform other jobs as assigned by Lanh Dao.
  • For cargo extraction services:
    – Receive information and classify services.
    – Confirm the service request on the Service Implementation Form, send it to the Supervisory staff to dispatch the Operations Department.
    – Receive feedback information from Exploiting Department about the service, determine payment value and request customers to pay at the counter.
    – Make the confirmation of Payment on the Service Implementation Form, transfer the customer to take the vehicle out of the port and return the service form to the toll collector at the Gate.
    – Synthesize daily, weekly, monthly reports

Request:

  • Education: University graduate or higher
  • Experience:> 02 years working in the fields of logistics, trade, import-export, customs, specialized inspection
  • Knowledge: Understanding of customs clearance and freight forwarding.
  • Skills: Proficient English communication on import and export, customs declaration and specialized inspection. Organize scientific work
  • Personal quality: A high sense of responsibility. Honestly, frankly. Agile, flexible. Understand the pressure of work.
