Job description:

  • Advising and advising the Head of the Board on the financial and accounting affairs of the Company to propose solutions to the Board of Directors and effectively apply
  • Monitoring the management of revenue and expenditure; use the Company’s capital, assets and finance in accordance with the provisions of Laws, Regulations and regulations of the Company to report to the Head of the Board to propose solutions to the Board of Directors.
  • Checking, checking advance documents, payment, settlement of business contracts (Logistics, selling real estate products …); internal spending contracts within the Company; check internal spending.
  • To propose to the Head of the Board of internal audit measures for accounting and financial activities; organize the implementation when assigned by the Board of Directors and Head of the Board
  • Coordinate with the Accounting Department to complete the accounting work in accordance with the provisions of Law and the Company
  • Perform other legal duties as assigned by the Board of Directors or Head of the Board
