Tran Lam new urban area is the first high-quality urban area of Thai Binh City that meets the quality standards for a grade 2 urban area according to the ecological urban model; It is the ideal place to live in a young city.

1. Construction of technical infrastructure works:

• The contours of the urban area are the main roads of the city such as: Le Quy Don (24m), Ngo Quyen (36m), Doc Den (20.5m).
• Internal roads: The middle trunk road is 32m wide (10m green strip). The main road in the east-west direction is 13m wide (7m roadbed, 2x3m sidewalk). The internal road to the house is 9.5m wide (5.5m road bed, 2x2m sidewalk).
• Rainwater and surface water drainage system with reinforced concrete pipes from D300 to D1000.
• Wastewater drainage system by reinforced concrete culvert from D200 to D400, through the supply treatment system.
• Newly designed power supply system with separate substations for urban areas.
  
• Water supply system standard TCVN 4513-1988; water supply pipes with cast iron pipes D150, D100 and zinc pipes from D15 to D80 with fire hydrants for fire protection.
• The communication system follows a fiber optic cable buried under the sidewalk, with a target of 35m/100 wires.
• Environmental sanitation and tree system according to planning.

2. Build houses with a series of independent villas, corner villas, townhouses for business (along the main streets).
