The Prime Minister inspects the operation of Lach Huyen International Port

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh recently visited and checked the operation of Lach Huyen International Container Terminal. This is the largest modern deep-water port in the North, capable of receiving ships with a tonnage of up to 160,000 tons directly going to America and Europe.

Working with units that are investing at the port, including Hateco Group, Prime Minister CP supported the policy of expanding investment and building a number of berths at Lach Huyen port. The construction of the port needs to keep pace with the general trend of the world, in the direction of intelligent management by digital technology, modern management, building a clean green port that does not pollute the environment.

For the field of investment and development of seaports of Hateco Group - Currently, Hateco is focusing all its resources on investing in building 2 container terminals No. 5, No. 6 Lach Huyen Wharf area, gradually building a container port modern to meet the export and import needs of goods in the Northern region to receive large tonnage ships directly to the European and American markets without having to transship through ports in Singapore and Hong Kong. With its responsibilities, Hateco Group will strictly comply with the state's laws during construction and put the project into operation according to the schedule assigned by the Prime Minister.
