In November 2017, Hateco Logistics Company was officially born. With modern machinery-warehouse system, located in Sai Dong B Industrial Park, Long Bien, Hanoi with a total area of 120,000m2, warehouse system of 50,000m2 (operating 24/7). The center is strategically located on the gateway route to Hanoi, is the connection point for factories and major industrial parks in the North and is the extended arm of airports, seaports, and land border gates.
In 2020, Hateco Logistics is extremely honored to receive the Decision No. 711 from the Ministry of Transport on the “opening of Long Bien dry port” with a clearance capacity of 135,000 Teus / year and Decision 769 of the Ministry of Finance ” recognizing Long Bien ICD is a place for customs procedures for goods import and export ”. These decisions not only open up a new phase of development for Hateco Group in the field of Logistics, but also contribute to adding value, promoting efficiency in import and export activities when a series of bilateral and multilateral trade agreements have just been signed between Vietnam and international partners.
Along with the establishment of Long Bien dry port, Hateco Group is urgently cooperating with major European corporations to complete investment procedures for the construction of terminals No.5 and 6 in Lach Huyen, Hai Phong Port and Cai Mep Ha logistics center in Ba Ria, Vung Tau. These are two particularly important projects in our country’s marine economic development strategy. When completing these projects, Hateco Group hopes that, by 2025, the wharf system, warehouse, export processing zone, and order completion center will be put into operation, bringing Vietnamese exports and imports into operation, allowing goods to go directly to markets in Europe, America, The Middle East without transshipment through intermediate ports in Hong Kong and Singapore.
