Hateco Logistics representative participated in Vietnam Logistics Forum 2020

On November 25-26, 2020, Vietnam Logistics Forum 2020 will take place in Hanoi with the main theme: Cutting logistics costs to improve competitiveness in the context of international economic integration. Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung, Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Vuong Dinh Hue chaired the forum. The forum has attracted great attention of the business community at home and abroad, surpassing the number of 500 delegates registered by the organizers.

Vietnam Logistics Forum is the largest annual event in the logistics service industry, attracting the attention and participation of more than 50 international organizations and representatives of ministries, departments and more than 500 enterprises operating in logistics, manufacturing and import-export. hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Vietnam Economic Times from 2013 to present.

Currently, the implementation of new generation Free Trade Agreements such as CPTPP and EVFTA requires businesses to make efforts to improve their competitiveness. Meanwhile, logistics costs are still an issue besides the COVID-19 epidemic, which heavily affects businesses. Cutting logistics costs is a topic that the Government, ministries, localities and businesses are interested in to help improve the competitiveness of businesses in the context of deep international integration, while at the same time recovering momentum. The growth is impaired due to the effects of the COVID-19 epidemic. Therefore, “Cutting Logistics costs, improving competitiveness in the context of economic integration” was chosen as the theme of the Vietnam Logistics Forum during its eighth time inauguration.

November 26, 2020: With many activities such as: Improving business environment, enhancing competitiveness in the context of international economic integration; Remove bottlenecks in logistics costs in Vietnam; Overcoming the impact of Covid-19 to connect global supply chains. Participants: about 500 delegates including the Government Office, the Central Economic Committee, local regulatory agencies, peer associations, logistics service enterprises, Vietnamese international organizations, Associations of related industries of Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand, China and press and media agencies.

Continuing the successes of participation in forums and fairs in the past. In 2020, Hateco Logistics will continue to participate in the annual activity of “Vietnam Logistics Forum 2020”.
