History Begin

Hateco Group, which formerly known as Hanoi Infrastructure and Architecture Investment Joint Stock Company, established in 2004 by shareholders with rich experiences and success in the field of financial investment and management of capital construction investment as well as real estate projects.

Hateco Group started the construction of “Tran Lam urban area” project which located in Thai Binh with a scale of 12 hectares and total value of investment up to VND 3,000 billion. The project offers 700 high-quality villas and townhouses.

The Group commenced a apartment complex project called as “Hateco Hoang Mai” which located in Hanoi, with total value of investment up to VND 2,000 billion. This complex offeres 744 apartments with more than 86,000 m2 of apartment floors along with 20,000 m2 of commercial and service floors.

This is the year for construction commencement of “Hateco Apollo apartment complex project”. This project placed in Hanoi with total investment amount of 3,000 billion and project site area 4.5 hectares. It also includes more than 100 adjacent villas as as 03 high-class apartment buildings with a capacity of 1400 apartments.

This is when the construction of “Hateco Green City” housing project kicked off in Hanoi with an acreage of more than 02 hectares and a capacity of 58 garden villas along with adjacent villas. VND 1,500 billion was the total value invested in this project.

At the same time, another housing project in Hanoi - “Hateco Green Park” went under construction. This is a 01 - hectare project with a capacity of 32 garden villas built under European standards. This project costed VND 1,000 billion to complete.

On the other hand, The Group started to build “Hateco Laroma” luxury apartment project that has an acreage of 3,153 m2 corresponded to 30 floors and 281 luxury apartments. This is one of the key projects located in the center of one of Hanoi’s prime locations - Dong Da District.

November 2017 was the benchmark when “Hateco Logistics Center” established. This center has an exploitation area of 120,000m2 and placed in No. 1 Huynh Tan Phat, Sai Dong Industrial Park, Long Bien District, Hanoi City.

It provides all logistics services for customers with a global scope, including services related to ICD inland ports, customs clearance services for import and export goods, freight forwarding, warehouse leasing, information freight forwarding, e-commerce and postal services, cross-border freight and other logistics services.

After 15 years of establishment and non - stop development, Hateco Group celebrated its anniversary in 2019. ICD Long Bien ICD was officially put into operation with an annual capacity of 135,000 TEU and an operating frequency of 24/7. Hateco Group received a decision from the Government on approving the investment policy of the investment project to build berths 5 and 6 in Lach Huyen wharf area of Hai Phong seaport.
